NetMaster Series DVR
Like anything else you're going to pay more for name brand. That doesn't mean the quality of the video will be better it just means it will hit your pocket book a little harder. The price of the recorder will depend on the a couple main factors. First what is the speed of the live and recorded view of the cameras which is measured in FPS or frames per second. The second factor will be depend on the hard-drive size of the unit. Everything else is usually standard on most recorders like a CDR-W, motion recording, and remote viewing options. You can also watch your system over the Internet from anywhere in the world. This can be set up by our security installers at the time of install.
Digital Video Recorders
Choosing the right Surveillance System recorder can be a daunting task especially. From HD security camera systems to basic digital CCTV recorders we have the knowledge to explain to you how each recorder differs from the next and what system will work best for your company. Since we are based locally here in Fresno we can come to you for a free on-site walkthrough and prepare a written estimate within 24hrs.
There are two types of recorders out there. They are Digital recorders which use analog cameras to plug into the back of the recorder. Depending on which model these recorders can still record high quality video evidence and ae still by far our top sellers. These recorders usually come in models that hold 4, 8, 16, and 32 cameras per recorder.
Then you have NVR’s or Network video Recorders. These systems are built using powerful computers and Network Security Cameras. The difference here is that the cameras use CAT6 cable to send the video images over the network allowing for High Definition images to be displayed and recorded. There really is no limit to the quality or amount of cameras you can on your system.
Live viewing and public spot monitor
The main screen of your DVR / NVR surveillance system is where all the main options to control your security system are located. It is here where you will pull up your recorded video files, change system settings, and view your surveillance cameras.
When watching your video security camera you can choose from a variety of viewing options. On the main screen you can view one, four, eight, or sixteen cameras at a time. You may also choose a full screen mode so that the picture fills the entire screen without options panel.
You also have the option to have multiple security monitors display these cameras in other areas of your business. For example if you wanted a security guard on another floor to view the cameras we would run a separate wire from your digital recorder’s TV out. You would then choose whichever cameras you wanted to display in real-time on that separate security monitor or TV. If you run that same wire into a distribution/amplifier you will then be able to display your security cameras on multiple TV’s or CCTV monitors throughout your location. Both Network Security camera systems as well as Digital Recorders give you the option to view and playback your system over the Internet.

Megapixel Surveillance Video Recorders
Unlike the standard Digital Video Recorders these IP based recorders can provide Megapixel Video quality footage. These systems are for customers where detailed video footage is a must have. As prices have come down over the years the demand for Megapixel surveillance cameras has increased dramatically. The cameras themselves start off around 1.3 megapixel and go up to 8 megapixel or more! Click here to see recorded pictures.
With these systems the Network Security camera is plugged directly in to the customer’s existing Network infrastructure. We are also able to create a separate network just for the IP based cameras as well without even touching the existing on site network. Though this may sound confusing in the end all the customer will see is a user friendly camera screen to control and playback his cameras.
